Your passport must remain valid for at least six months from your planned arrival date in the United Arab Emirates.
Upload a high-quality image of the page containing your photograph and personal information.
All text, numbers, passport details, and security markings must be sharp and fully readable.
The MRZ (Machine Readable Zone) at the bottom of the passport page must be completely visible without being cropped.
Photos taken in good lighting without glare or reflections are recommended for faster document verification.

Passport Cover (Back / Front Cover)
Open your passport so the cover is fully visible and place it on a flat surface before taking the photo.
Capture the complete passport without cutting off any edges.
Ensure the image is clear, properly focused, and free from reflections or shadows.

Passport Size Photograph
There is no mandatory photo size requirement for this application.
A recent photograph taken against a plain, light-colored background is sufficient.

Flight Reservation
Your reservation should clearly display the airline, travel dates, flight numbers, and passenger information.

Hotel or Accommodation Reservation
Your accommodation confirmation must show the property name together with the check-in and check-out dates.
Hotel bookings, serviced apartments, and Airbnb reservations are accepted.
At least one traveler's full name should appear on the reservation.
A single reservation is sufficient for family or group applications.
PDF documents and screenshots are both accepted.
If you cannot upload your reservation immediately, you may upload a temporary sample image and send your accommodation confirmation later to visa@triponix.com.
